Colonial Estate offers parties and events packages for up to 50 guests, Sunday through Thursday, between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Showers & Children’s Parties (50 person limit) $75 per hour

- Professional photography coverage available for $100.00 per hour
Teen & Small Adult Parties (50 person limit) $100 per hour
- Time booked includes prep, party, and cleanup

Reunions & Large Parties $800 up to 4 hours, $1200 up to 6 hours (up to 150 people)
